Chocolate PB and Oats shake

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

2-4 ice cubes

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup quick oats

1 TBS peanut butter

In a blender, blend the quick oats for 20 seconds, creating a fine powder. Add the water, almond milk, ice cubes, protein, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
