Mint Chocolate Power Balls

Snack

1 cup nut butter
1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
1 cup buttermilk kodiak cakes mix
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
dash sea salt
Add all ingredients to a mixer and blend until well incorporated.  Measure 2 Tbs mixture and roll into balls. Store extras  in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days or the freezer for up two weeks.
